On account of certain allegations against the 4th respondent, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent. The grievances of the writ petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the complaint given by the writ petitioner has not considered by the respondents 1 & 2. Thus, the writ petitioner constrained to move the present writ petition.

2. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 06.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with the law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
