This Criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply with the orders of this Court passed on 27.07.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.14739 of 2017, wherein, this Court set aside the closure report and passed an order directing the respondent to enquire the information and to see whether any cognizable offence transpires as per law or in the event of the matter being closed, the same shall be done after furnishing the copies to the petitioner.

2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that they have not complied with the orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the matter has been enquired and closed on 08.01.2019. A copy of the closure report is also filed before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the copies of Closure report have not been furnished. Taking note of the said submission, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner on or before 26.11.2021. On receipt of such Closure Report, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy as per law.
