Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties have entered into a settlement and in terms of the settlement reached, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

2. In view of the out of court settlement reached between the parties, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition for further adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is Dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
