ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in a case in Cr ime No.923 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police and file a final report within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after investigation, the FIR in Crime No.923 of 2020 was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 17.08.2020 and Referred Charge Sheet Notice in R.C.S.No.44/2020 was also served on the defacto complainant.
