O R D E R

The petitioner/wife has come before this Court. The respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2014 against the petitioner for divorce before the Sub Court, Nilgiris, Ootacamund and the petition has been transferred from Sub Court to Family Court and the same has been renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2014. Now the petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP.No.81 of 2014 from Family Court Udhaga Mandalam to Sub Court, Coimbatore.

2.Mr.S.Kingston Jerold, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner /husband has no objection for transferring the petition as prayed for.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is ordered and HMOP.No.81 of 2014 2011 pending on the file of Family Court, Ootacamund and is transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
