Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 03.06.2017 and to take initiate necessary action against the Respondents 8 to 10 herein in accordance with law and pass orders.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 03.06.2017, in relation to the un-labour practice being adopted by the respondents 8 to 10.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the respondents 8 to 10 are adopting the unlabour practice and threatening and preventing the members and non-members from accepting the employment. The writ petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 03.06.2017 and the same is yet to be considered. The livelihood of the writ petitioner is affected and in view of this urgency, an order of direction is required.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 03.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost in this writ petition.
