P.Sudhakar, before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that they had secured the detenue, who is aged about 34 years, wife of the petitioner herein. It is stated that during the enquiry, she stated that she does not want to live with her husband/present petitioner. Hence, the respondent police has closed C.S.R.No. 222 of 2021 registered on 14.04.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner may approach the Family Court for redressal of the reliefs sought with respect to the custody of the children. In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
