This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 in accordance with law and direct the second respondent to treat the Insurance coverage from 23.06.2015 to 22.06.2016 bearing Registration No. 58 P.4840 Tata Maxi Car and file proper report to secure the ends of justice.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on records.

This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with the law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
