Crl.M.P.No. 6321 of 2025 in Crl.A.Sr.No. 19897 of 2025 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 337 days in filing the criminal appeal filed against the judgment in S.C.No.422 of 2022 dated 19.02.2024 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
