When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.616 of 2020 dated 11.12.2008 passed in W.P.No.32305 of 2018 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Commissioner, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Chennai, by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.45989/2018/DPC 3.2, dated 06.01.2021, to that effect. 2.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
