This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 seeking restoration of seniority.
2. The learned senior panel counsel for the respondent submitted that respondent issued proceedings No.J.II-6/2022-Pers(AC) dated 21.06.2022 and the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.01.2021 was rejected.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
