O R D E R
This revision is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.1817 of 2015, wherein the request of the petitioner to reject the petition filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure r/w. Order VII Rule 11 (a) and (d) of the Code of Civil Procedure was dismissed.

2. Heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ajith Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. During the course of argument, it is fairly submitted by both sides that taking into consideration of the issues involved, if a direction is given to the learned II Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1817 of 2015, would serve the ends of justice.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Second Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1817 of 2015, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 16/6/2023 Index :yes/no mvs.
