The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.167 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.167 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.229 of 2013.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.167 of 2013, nothing survives in this petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
