M.

S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4194 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 27A, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.685 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 12.04.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic situation, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
