This Criminal Original Petition is filed not to harass the petitioner pursuant to the CSR registered on the basis of the 5th respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, states that the petitioner was summoned on 22-03-2024 to enquire about the complaint given by the 5th respondent. On his appearance the respondent police has replied and directed the parties to workout their remedy before the civil Court. Pursuant to that, Current Paper was closed on 22.03.2024. 3.

In the light of the above fact, this Court finds that no order need to be passed in this petition, since the police has closed the current paper and no reason to suspect that they are harassing the petitioner. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 18.04.2024 Index : Yes/No rpl To 2/4
