The present Application has been filed to permit the applicant/petitioner to file the photocopy of the sale deed dated 05.07.2018 registered as Document No.1215 of 2018 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Kotagiri as additional document in the above O.P.No.394 of 2024.

2. Mr.Ronan Sathyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.
