Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to relax the order dated 20.04.2020 in G.O.(Ms) No.199, Revenue and Disaster Management (DM II) Department passed against the educational institutions precluding from collecting fees from the students to the extent to permit the schools to open and conduct classes on alternate days for the grades 1 to 5 and 6 to 12 respectively and further to collect the fees due for the academic year 2019-20 and part fees for the academic year 2020-21 to meet out the costs for paying the salaries, purchase and distribution of books, provisioning for online classes, etc. by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2020.
