This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the above appeal.
2. The fourth respondent is the owner of the vehicle and he remained exparte before the Tribunal. Though the respondents 5 and 6 were served and their names are printed in the cause list, none appears for them.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents 1 to 3/ claimants submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.
4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the delay is condoned.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
