Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANAND VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Stay of all further proceedings in OS 120/15 is sought for in this application.

There is no ground for granting stay in the suit pending these appeals, which are against orders passed in injunction application. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
