This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to investigate the matter and register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.154 of 2014, between the parties and that, during the pendency of the civil suit, the opposite party has demolished a portion of the wall.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, this petition does not disclose commission of cognizable offence, hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
