4 RANGANATHAN 5 MUNIYAMMAL @ MALATHY Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of ad-interim stay of the operation of the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvannamalai the 3rd respondent herein, made in Na.Ka.m4/21786/2018 dated 04.02.2020 in confirming the order of the Revenue Divisional Order made in Se.Mu.Ka.No.a3/4996/2017 dated 31.05.2018 (in WMP.NO.14257 OF 2022) Pending disposal of the WP.NO.15039 OF 2022.

Order : This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.KRISHNARAJA, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the 1st to 3rd Respondents, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The prayer in the main writ petition and the prayer in the miscellaneous petition are one and the same and if the order of interim stay is granted, it would amount to grant of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
