ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2022 for shifting the petitioner to Puducherry Technological University in accordance with law.

2. When this writ petition is taken up today for hearing, none represents the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Therefore, this court compelled to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

3. This writ petition is dismissed accordingly for non-prosecution. No costs.
