ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to delete the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet list maintained in HS.No.7/2007 on the file of the third respondent Police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2023, for removing the petitioner's name from the history sheet is pending for consideration.
3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
