2.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 7 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission.
