While allowing the petition, this Court imposed condition that the petitioner shall pay cost of Rs.5000/- in which Rs.2500/- to the first respondent and the remaining Rs.2500/- to the respondents 4 to 6 on or before 12.12.2019 by order dated 28.11.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cost was accordingly paid to the counsel appearing for the respondents and also filed memo to that effect.

2.Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that this Court ordered additional cost and directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- directly to the first respondent and remaining Rs.2500/- to respondents 4 to 6 and not to the counsel on record. Further he also disputed the receipt of cost and he never received the cost paid by the petitioner. Further he submitted that there are some errors in the application itself and as such he sought time to file clarification petition.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the time for payment of additional cost as directed by this Court to the respondents is extended till 10.01.2020.
