ORDER

This petition has been filed for seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police and the same was forwarded to the 1st respondent only on day before yesterday and the enquiry is pending. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 1st respondent for enquiry. The 1st respondent is also directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the respondents 2 and 3 and pass orders in accordance with law.
