Sellamuthu v. The District Revenue Officer

WMP.No.11432 of 2024 in W.P.No.11436 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This petition has been filed to implead the proposed fourth respondent as fourth respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that out 46 cents, he has sold 34 cents and remaining 12 cents has been retained by him. However, during the issuance of computerised patta, the name of the petitioner has been removed from the joint patta. In this regard he has given a representation. Since, the third party, whose name has been included in the joint patta, has to heard and his presence is required, the present petition has been filed.

3. In view of the above submissions, this petition is Ordered.

4. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Notice to the newly impleaded fourth respondent returnable by 26.06.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
