ORDER
The Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.207 of 2021 in
M.C.No.84 of 2015 dated 28.12.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.09.2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit the entire arrears amount on or before 14.10.2022 as stated below;
" 4. ...
5. It is judicially noticed that COVID-19 itself came into the world in the year 2019, but not in the year of 2015. The main contention of the learned counsel for the respondent is the first petitioner/wife is not co-operating for re-union and she has also filed a petition seeking divorce. However, there are no allegations as against the children and hence, the petitioner is liable to maintain his children. Admittedly, the petitioner is working in I.T field and getting salary of Rs.50,000/- per month, he is liable to pay sum of Rs.20,000/- to the children towards interim maintenance. Therefore, the respondent is directed to deposit the entire arrears amount to the credit of M.C.No.84 of 2015 before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore from the date of filing of the maintenance case to till date on or before 14.10.2022.
Post the matter on 17.10.2022 "for reporting compliance"."
3. Today (17.10.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner as well as for the respondent and it is seen that the order of this Court has not been complied with.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-compliance. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
