This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 03.09.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13600 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent as if the Revenue Authority requested to give police protection while surveying the land belonged to the petitioner, it has to be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent produced a communication dated 20.09.2021, issued by the Tashildar, Sholinganallur, and it revealed that as directed by this Court the Revenue Authority requested the respondent to provide adequate police protection to survey the land and accordingly, the respondent provided required police protection and they surveyed the land. 3.
