Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to receive the passport application of the petitioner viz., K.Padmalokshana and process the application and issue passport to her by mentioning the name of her step father Mr.V.Kumaran in the column for father name in here passport within a time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has given a letter dated 27.04.2019 stating that the passport authorities have agreed to issue passport and requesting the matter to be posted before the Court 'for withdrawal'.

Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal', Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
