These two applications have been filed by the applicants/ proposed plaintiffs 12 to 15, i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd plaintiff and ii) to implead the applicants namely 1.S.Prema, 2.S.Viji,

3. D.Hema, 4.Sathya Sivsubramaniam, who are legal heirs of the deceased 3rd plaintiff namely J.Sivasubramaniam, as plaintiffs 12 to 15 in the above suit.

2. No representation for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants/proposed plaintiffs 12 to 15 is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. Post the main appeal on 05.09.2023.
