When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the interim order dated 19.04.2021 has been put to challenge in this instant Writ Appeal and subsequently, the Writ Petition itself had been taken up for final hearing and disposed of. Hence, it is prayed that since nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Appeal, the same may be closed as having become infructuous.
