petition in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's application dated 03.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 03.03.2026 seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents
