When the matter was posted on 02.11.2015 (i.e.) yesterday, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. But the learned counsel for the respondent was present and submits that as I.D.O.P.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the District Court, Kanchipuram, has been disposed of on 27.07.2015, nothing survives in this petition and hence, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He was also directed to produce the said order dated 27.07.2015 before the Registry. 2.Even though this matter is posted today under the caption "for orders", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent has produced the order dated 27.07.2015 made in I.D.O.P.No.7 of 2014. 3.Since I.D.O.P.No.7 of 2014 was disposed of exparte on 27.07.2015 by the District Court No.II, Kanchipuram, nothing survives in this petition.
