ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 seeking for revocation of his suspension order dated 27.11.2021.

2. The petitioner has been suspended from service for having committed offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act. He seeks for revocation of his suspension on account of his long suspension. He has given a representation on 30.03.2022 for the said purpose.

3. The Government has framed guidelines in G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 for revoking the suspension orders. 2/5

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 is considered on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the aforementioned G.O.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 seeking for revocation of his suspension order dated 27.11.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforementioned directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
