This Writ Petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.07.2025, pending on the file of the 1st respondent. Aggrieved by the issuance of patta dated 19.12.2024 in favour of the 4th respondent (Patta No.10156), the petitioner had preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 14.07.2025, before the 1st respondent.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent in this Writ Petition is dispensed with by this Court.
