2. Heard Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 undertakes to enter appearance. He had also not disputed the legal heirship and would submit that they are the legal heirs of the deceased sole first respondent.

4. Recording the same, this application stands ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the original petition.
