O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC, in Crime No.454 of 2020, seek bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant resulting in the victim sustaining stab injuries on his head, forehead and in the left forearm and the victim is still taking treatment in the hospital.

3.Taking into consideration of the fact that the victim is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
