The present application has been filed seeking to amend the original petition and the affidavit of assets wherever necessary, to alter the amount of assets.

Heard Ms.R.V.Gayatri, learned counsel of M/s. P.B. Ramanujam Associates (Law Firm), learned counsel on record for the applicant.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this application in A.No.1791 of 2025 in O.P. No.524 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.

Necessary amendment shall be carried out by 30.04.2025.
