This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court while passing the order dated 04.07.2025 in the above petition, the petition in C.M.P.No.14600 of 2024 was wrongly closed, since it was already dismissed by this court. He would also submit that para 1 of the order, the petition was filed to condone the delay of 158 days in representing the C.M.P.SR.No.107819 of 2024 in C.M.P.No.14600 of 2024 in CMA SR.No.72482 of 2018, but it was not mentioned in the order. Hence, he prayed to recall the order of closing the petition of C.M.P.No.14600 of 2024 and to amend para 1 in the order passed by this court in C.M.P.No. 11236 of 2024 and to delete para 3 of the order. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today. 1/3

3. Considering his submissions, the earlier order dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Court closing the petition in C.M.P.No. 14600 of 2024 is recalled and para 3 of the order in the petition in C.M.P.No.11236 of 2025 shall be deleted.

4. Registry is also directed to substitute order passed in para 1 of C.M.P.No.11236 of 2025 as follows:- "C.M.P.No. 11236 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in representing the above CMP SR.No. 107819 of 2024 in C.M.P.No.14600 of 2024 in CMA SR.No. 72482 of 2018."

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in C.M.P.No.11236 of 2024 dated 04.07.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
