ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the name of the police station as Town Police Station, Villupuram instead of PE-Wing Police Station, Villupuram in Crl.R.C.No.1371 of 2025 order dated 12.08.2025

in Crime No.83 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the oral instructions, the Respondent Police Station was wrongly stated in the petition, and therefore, the respondent police may be amended as Town Police Station, Villupuram instead of PE-Wing Police Station, Villupuram.

3. There is no serious objections by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. In view of the above submissions, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 07-04-2026 DRL To 1.The Sub Inspector of Police, PE-Wing Police Station, Villupuram.
