C.M.P.Nos.8719 & 8721 of 2021 in CMA.SR.Nos.48914 & 48923 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has received only the photocopy of the impugned order from the arbitrator.

Therefore, he was not in a position to file the original impugned order passed by the arbitrator and hence filed this petition to dispense with the said original impugned order.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, the original impugned order passed by the arbitrator is dispensed with for the present and this petition is ordered as prayed for.
