ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.197 of 2021, final report was filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.6345 of 2023 and now, the case has been adjourned to 31.10.2023.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid final report filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
