ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners/plaintiffs.
2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to dispose of O.S.No.273 of 2021, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
3. The petitioners have filed O.S.No.273 of 2021, seeking declaration and for cancellation of settlement deeds. Summons were served on the respondents/defendants and some of the defendants have filed their written statements. As per the proceedings sheet, dated 24.03.2023, the written statements of some of the defendants are to be filed and also Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos.5, 6 and 9 of 2021, and unnumbered I.A.No. ... of 2021 are also pending.

4. Considering the said circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, to fix a date for filing written statement of rest of the defendants and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
