ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had withdrawn H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Ambattur by filing a memo. She has also produced the e-Court adjudication to show that H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2024 was withdrawn. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
