O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking permission for opening additional Standards of 9th and 10th in the petitioner School under the Matriculation Code.

2.From the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it appears that the application given by the petitioner on 08.09.2016 has not been considered.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that since the application for opening additional Standards in the year 2015-2016 was made after commencement of the academic year vide request dated 09.08.2016, the same was not considered, however, if a fresh application is given by the petitioner with all accompanying documents, the authorities will consider their representation and pass orders as expeditiously as possible.

4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:

(a)The petitioner shall submit his application for additional Standards with all requisite particulars, to the respondents.

(b)If the application is found to be in order, the respondents shall pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application, in accordance with law, taking into account the directions issued by this Court in this regard.
