Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Family Court, Erode, for expeditious time bound disposal of I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.109 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

O R D E R

The petitioner has approached the Family Court, Erode, to restore the custody of minor child in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.109 of 2019.

2. The matter was heard on 28.02.2020, 04.03.2020, 24.03.2020 and 27.04.2020. The adjudications disclose that both sides were heard. Thereafter, due to national lockdown, the matter has been periodically adjourned and it is posted for respondent's side arguments.

3. Now, the petitioner seeks early disposal of the Interlocutory Application. Considering the Covid-19 condition, this Court is of the view that the Family Court, Erode, can be directed to dispose of the interlocutory application only after resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.

4. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the Family Court, Erode, to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.109 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. With the above lines, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
