ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint for the offence alleging defamatory statement.
2. This Court is of the view that such direction cannot be issued. If at all, any defamatory articles made against the petitioner, it is very well open to the petitioner to file a private complaint and to follow the procedures contemplated for prosecution of aforesaid alleged offence.
