C.E.

PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.03.2021 in Crl.MP.No.2092 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20301, this Court modified the condition imposed on the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the said condition.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this court had already relaxed the condition vide order dated Crl.MP.No.5538 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2021 in Crl.OP.No.20301 of 2020. Hence, in this petition, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.
