This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders condition imposed in Crl.OP.3935 of 2025 vide order dated 17.2.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders condition imposed in Crl.OP.3935 of 2025 vide order dated 17.2.2025, is relaxed.
